Grass VBQ Joint is the brain child of Chef Terry Sargent, a native of Roswell, GA. Created out of a necessity, it grew to be one of the top vegan restaurants in the nation. Sargent’s 20 year cooking experience granted him the skill set to turn ordinary plant based ingredients into BBQ gold. From the signature Veef Brisket Sandwich, to the almost World Famous Nashville Hot Chick’n Sandwich, Grass VBQ Joint will surely have even the most extreme Carnivore come back for more.
All recipes are made from scratch with a mass degree of dishes cooked on the 10ft smoker using a signature blend of hickory, maple, and cherry wood. As the slogan says “We Stay Smokin' Somethin” And did we mention it’s 100% vegan?!
